Great info on the ERROR CONSOLE however information for the its own sake is useless unless there is information on how to repair the specific errors on my LONG LIST. Maybe someone has an answer.

How do I get the error console to give me line numbers on warnings? None of the warnings I get are accompanied by line numbers.

I’d agree with you, Scott: the Firebug plugin is pretty handy for deep debugging. And as such, I’m planning to review it at some point in the future. :)

But sometimes you don’t need the entire Firebug app — you just need to figure out why your page isn’t rendering quite right. And for that, the error console can be a great, quick place to start.

I had forgotten all about the error console! How handy.

I’ve been using the Firebug plugin for a while, which includes debugging tools for all sorts of things like css, javascript, ajax calls. But it’s not nearly as easy-to-use as the error console.
